Lintech to supply 2(two) 45(fourty five) meter diameter elevated Thickener for FLSMIDTH Mineral Australia for Lihir Gold Mining Papua Newguinea

LINTECH has just received a n order from FLSMIDTH Mineral Australia to supply material and fabrication of two elevated thickener for their customer, LIHIR GOLD MINE , Papua New Guinea . The elevated thickeners are 45m diameter and to be manufactured from carbon SS400/ASTMA36 steel various thickness. The steel section and plate material are to be procured locally, to be ex Krakatau Steel mill, high quality material.

The thickener unit content several part member such as shell and bottom, bridge steel structure, slurry feed and centerwell system and rake agitator structure and mechanism. It will be fabricated and packed as big as maximum site Lihir road can handle. They are all to be prefitted in our yard to ensure fabrication precision and trial asembly for safe efficient site erection.

In Fabrication sites, the prefabricated steel thickener member are to be fabricated in Lintech’s Surabaya Shop for size smaller than 5m x 5 m x 20m. While bigger size have to be fabricated at LSF, Lintech Seaside Facility – Paciran Cape-Lamongan-EastJava, 70 km away Northwest of Surabaya – 1,5 hours by car.

Both Lintech’s Surabaya Shop (by Trailer/Lowbed) and LSF’s (by LCT/Barge) fabricated items are to be delivered to Surabaya Port where a regular or special hired ship/LCT/vessel liner to transport to customer port/final destination.

Again this repeat ing orders from old customer such as FLSMIDTH shows that LINTECH has cost competitive and all the international standard quality and delivery time required by customers.
