Lintech operates Ball Front Hydraulic and Flanging Machine (Pressure Vessel End Caps Machine)

To catch the vessel market, Lintech has Invested in 8m diameter max ball front press machine with max thickness 75mm in a set wih flanging machine. With this equipment Lintech capable to do ourself the complete fabrication of any shape (bullet, Dished End, etc) of LPG Tank, CO2, Nitrogen and other pressure vessel in compliance with ASME U STAMP & NFPA.

BLUESCOPE INDONESIA TO TRIPLE CAPACITY OF CILEGON STEEL PLANT

There are hundreds to thousand tons of steel involving in this project. Lintech is involving in detailing, fabricate and supply for the steel structures and equipment through many OEM supplying equipments to Bluescope plant. Mostly of design made by european company. We bring steels at ASTM36/JIS/Europe and some Australian Standards AS3678 to our Shop from Arcellor mittal, Krakatau, Onesteel Australia, etc to complete this project.

A solid Lintech engineering and material supply to solve many standards in one project. Fabrication, welding, painting and delivery to be brought to highest quality on the assigned standard.

Lintech Having A Handshake to start DUPONT Corn & Rice Seed Expansion Plant at Malang East Java
- September 2008 -

On 4rd September 2008, Lintech has been in conference call for final pricing on the Dupont expansion plant at Malang. The conference was ended in satisfaction manner to both parties.

After Bayer Plant, this is another complete plant that handed over to Lintech to build for Industrial Plant containing integrated Earth Works, Civil foundation, steel structure and mechancial equipment fabrication, erection, electrical power and control system and commissioning.

The standard brought by Dupont is American standard and brands, which is another high quality standard project requirement to be completed by Lintech after Australian, JIS and European standards.

Lintech is starting Export Fabricated Steel to Yarrabee Coal Mine - Brisbane-East Australia
- August 2008 -

The material used for this project is SS355JR (arcellor mittal steel) that equivalent to AS 3678- 350 Mpa, carbon steel high grade. On quality, Lintech is developing a sister company system with AJ MAYR Australia to ensure our Australia Customer receive Australia's high quality final product. On Shipment issue, there are big vessel liner operates regularly to west and east Australia for every two weeks.
