Lintech Specific Rubber Lining Method and Quality

 

   
As per BS6374 Standard, Steel surface before sand blast must be free from undercutting, cracks, porosity, surface cavity and lack of fusion. All radius/ Corners shall be furnished to radius of 2x rubber thickness.
 
All Surface to be rubber lined should be Sand Blasted to SA 2.5 profile standard. Surface profile QC must be done on each sand blasted surface.
 
Chemlock 205 for Primer and Chemlock 220 Secundary adhesive plus specific SCR cement-high quality product for high bonding strength warranty.
         
   
Precision rubber cut, on top of clean stainless steel table-free contamination (the rubber has a 1mm bonding layer).
 
Careful rubber application and detail.
 
Ensure zero air trap at 1st application.
         
   
Test Plate-for every cook-ensure the bonding strength minimum 4.5Kg/cm (BS6374 STD)– Mostly New Lintech reach 7.5Kg/cm.
 
Inline Lab to test-pulling test plate-bonding strength rubber to steel test.
 
Rubber Lined sticker for all quality passe product.
         
   
QC passed for final rubber lined products.
 
This Stand Pipe must have strong bonding strength to avoid dynamic force rubber to steel pull force.
 
Inner and outer surface – all 100% rubber lined – high bonding strength and high quality rubber must be applied to avoid premature damage.
         
   
Special tools/ Lifting for specific products – ensure safe rubber lined product handling and finishing.
 
The rubber sheet used for hot curing required specific pressure to get the required 4.5kg/cm minimum bonding strength. Dia 2.5 and 3.5m x 8 m long are available at Lintech.
 
Shop Assembly trial fit to ensure dimension QC.
       
       
100% protected cover packing to avoid handling damage on rubber surface.
