Steel surface before sand blast must be free from undercutting,
cracks, porosity, surface cavity and lack of fusion.
All radius/ Corners shall be furnished to radius of
2x rubber thickness. |

All Surface
to be rubber lined should be Sand Blasted to SA 2.5
profile standard. Surface profile QC must be done on
each sand blasted surface. |
